池坊いけばなのクラスの先生方は、常に勉強会を開いて、今後のお稽古や活動について話し合いをしています。今日は、Yamaoka先生が日本で行われている最新のスタイル、お稽古をTerry先生と話し合いました。
It is their passions of both Ikenobo-Ikebana teachers to conduct discussions and brainstorming sessions in order to bring best results in their lessons and activities. Today, Yamaoka has shared the latest styles of Ikenobo Ikebana in Japan and both talked about how to progress their lessons to their own students.

文化の違いはもちろん、また年齢などによって、理解度とトレンドは違います。お互いに話し合って、アイデアを出し合うことによって、新しい発見とオリジナルのいけばな、フラワーアレンジメントを見出しています。
"Trends" will change always even within culture and ages/generations. Both teachers believe that sharing ideas from their knowledge and discovery will bring new ideas and the originality in their Ikebana and floral designing.
